Selection Process 26/2022 – Provision of Master’s and Doctoral vacancies

The Federal University of Alfenas (UNIFAL-MG), through its Graduate Coordination (COPG) / Dean of Research and Graduate Studies, announces that applications for the selection of students for the Graduate Program will be open. Postgraduate in Biosciences Applied to Health – Master’s and Doctorate, in the area of concentration in Biosciences Applied to Health.

Number of vacancies

            Master’s Degree: 10 vacancies (See the list of available supervisors here);

            Doctorade: 8 vacancies (See the list of available supervisors here);

Positions reserved for affirmative action:

This Public Notice will have 10% of the vacancies reserved for black people (black and brown), indigenous, quilombola, refugees, gypsies, with disabilities, in a situation of socioeconomic vulnerability and trans (transgender, transsexuals and transvestites) in accordance with Chapter II of the Consuni Resolution nº 49, of May 2, 2022 (access here). More information in item 3.2 of the notice.

Registrations

            Period:  from July 4th to July 29th, 2022.

How to apply:

  1. Access the registration form (click to access) at the electronic address and fill in the registration form.
  2. Save the registration slip.
  3. List of registered candidates will be made available on the PPGB page until July 30, 2022.

 

Selective process

Master’s Selection – See details in the public notice:

  1. Written test in person in August 2022 from 1 pm to 5 pm;
  2. Analysis of the documented Lattes curriculum (or curriculum vitae for foreigners), according to the scored items (ANNEX III of the public notice)

Doctoral Selection – See details in the public notice:

  1. Written test in person (content in Annex II of the notice), on August 1, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

  3. Presentation and questioning of the Project, on an eliminatory and qualifying basis, on August 2 and 3, 2022 in a room and times that will be announced by the PPGB secretariat.
  4. Analysis of the documented Lattes curriculum (or curriculum vitae for foreigners), according to the scored items (ANNEX III of the public notice);
