About UNIFAL-MG

Founded on April 3, 1914, UNIFAL-MG has evolved from the Alfenas School of Pharmacy and Dentistry into a comprehensive federal university. Federalized in 1960 and officially recognized as a university in 2005, UNIFAL-MG has been a driving force in education, research, and community development for over 110 years.
With four campuses across Southern Minas Gerais State (Alfenas, Santa Clara Unit, Poços de Caldas, and Varginha), we offer a dynamic and inclusive academic environment to more than 8,000 students.
