Founded on April 3, 1914, UNIFAL-MG has evolved from the Alfenas School of Pharmacy and Dentistry into a comprehensive federal university. Federalized in 1960 and officially recognized as a university in 2005, UNIFAL-MG has been a driving force in education, research, and community development for over 110 years.
With four campuses across Southern Minas Gerais (Alfenas, Santa Clara Unit, Poços de Caldas, and Varginha), we offer a dynamic and inclusive academic environment to more than 8,000 students.
