Biofuel Laboratory  (LB) – EEL/USP has a work area of 100 m² and develops methodologies for obtaining biodiesel, and the development and optimization of transesterification and hydroesterification processes, being perfectly equipped to do so.

Available Equipment: Irox-Diesel diesel and biodiesel analyzer, artificial olfactory sensor, analytical and semi-analytical balances, dry bath, exhaust hood, centrifuge, hydrometer, fat doser, incubator with rotary agitation, automatic and Karl Fischer titrator.
