The Master’s degree in Biotechnology program was conceived with the objective of contributing to the development of the southern region of Minas Gerais and provide an increase in the country’s competitiveness by generating products and innovation processes in its basic areas of activity: the environment, health, agriculture and industry, and maintaining the multidisciplinarity of Biotechnology consolidated by specific skills of different areas of knowledge.
