Personal Documentation
Personal Identification Document
– If Brazilian, legible copy of the identity card.
– If foreigner, legible copy of permanent foreigner’s portfolio / visa, or proof / protocol of regularity of stay in Brazil, issued by the Brazilian Federal Police;
Other Identification Documents.
– Readable copy of the CPF or proof of regularity of the CPF, which can be obtained from the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service. Click here to learn more.

Academic Documentation
Diploma Copy
Copy of the diploma registered by the foreign institution responsible for the diploma, according to the current legislation in the country of origin, and authenticated by a competent consular authority.

Copy of School Record
Copy of the school record, registered by the foreign institution responsible for the diploma and authenticated by a competent consular authority, containing the disciplines or activities taken and used in relation to the results of the evaluations and attendance, as well as the classification and use of the internship and other research activities and extension, classified as mandatory and non-mandatory.
Institutional document that has the purpose of minimally describing the information of identification of the student and its academic trajectory,
with the curricular components, the hours worked and qualitative data related to the teaching-learning activities on a mandatory basis and the complementary research and extension activities, according to the provision of each Pedagogical Project.

Pedagogical project
Pedagogical project or curricular organization of the course, indicating the contents or the programs of the disciplines and the activities related to the research and extension, as well as the time of completion of the course, authenticated by the foreign institution responsible for the diploma.
It is a guiding document of a course that contains the academic institutional policies, composed of the knowledge and knowledge necessary for the formation
of the competencies established from the egress profile, curricular structure and content, basic and complementary bibliography, teaching strategies, names of teachers, material resources, laboratories and infrastructure to support the full functioning of the course.

Nominata and Degree of Teachers
Nominata and degree of teachers linked to the disciplines studied by the applicant, authenticated by the foreign institution responsible for the diploma.
The nominata of the course is the list of teachers who give classes in the course, followed by the academic formation of these teachers. This information can be obtained from institutions and is often available on the course website.

Institutional Information
Institutional information, where available, relating to the library collection and laboratories, institutional development plans and planning, internal or external evaluation and performance reports, educational policies and strategies for teaching, extension and research, certified by the foreign institution responsible for the diploma.

Others
Reports, articles or documents indicating the reputation, quality and services provided by the course and the institution of origin, when available and at the discretion of the applicant.

Supplementary Documentation
– A legible copy of the proof of residential address of the applicant in Brazil, equal to the one informed in the application for revalidation of a diploma, which may be water, electricity or telephone bill, not necessarily in the name of the applicant.
– A legible copy of proof of regularity with the Electoral Court, for Brazilians or naturalized. Click here to learn more.

Payment Voucher
After the conference of all the documents, UNIFAL-MG will issue ticket for payment and this ticket will be available in the Carolina Bori Portal.
