Guidelines

  • All the analysis of the process of revalidation or recognition is done by Carolina Bori portal with the documents all scanned and inserted in the portal. No original documentation should be sent at this stage of the process to UNIFAL-MG.
  • It is very important that the person concerned is fully aware of the provisions contained in the law.
  • UNIFAL-MG will request the applicant, when necessary, to translate the requested documentation, except English, French and Spanish.
  • Some documents must be authenticated at a Brazilian consulate in the country where the educational institution operates, such as a diploma, dissertation or thesis, and the academic record. Look at the list of documents carefully. The consular legalization required must be made in the original documents.
  • Processes that do not contain all of the specified documentation submitted in a determined manner will not be reviewed for merit and will be returned for suitability.
  • As documentation is in compliance with what is required, UNIFAL-MG will issue a ticket for payment, via Carolina Bori portal. The proof of payment for this guide should be uploaded on the platform.
  • For greater speed and security in the opening, progress and analysis of the process, all the academic documentation must be presented in a digitalized form, in .PDF format. Photos of the documents will be accepted provided they are legible, with good resolution and without cutting information.
  • The manipulation, joining or distribution of files in .PDF can be done easily through software or websites such as:
    ilovepdf.com/;
    smallpdf.com/;
    https://www.investintech.com/es/crear-pdf/ or

  • If you have any questions regarding the handling of .PDF files, please contact us by phone – (35) 3701-9242 – or email (gestor.diplomas@unifal-mg.edu.br).
