As research in Rehabilitation goes beyond borders, the Postgraduate Program (Master’s) in Rehabilitation Sciences at the Federal University of Alfenas prepares professionals for the training of teachers and researchers with the skills to produce scientific knowledge for the world.

 

The Postgraduate Program (Master’s) in Rehabilitation Sciences has Professors / Researchers (https://www.unifal-mg.edu.br/ppgcr/en/node/61)  in two research topics:

 

► Process of assessment, prevention and rehabilitation of neurological, cardiorespiratory, vascular and metabolic disorders.

► Evaluation, prevention and rehabilitation process for musculoskeletal disorders and aging.

To obtain the title of Master’s in Rehabilitation Sciences, the student must:

  • Fulfill at least 20 credits (required and elective courses);
  • Develop research on one of the research topics, with an advisor registered in the program;
  • Do a teaching internship;
  • All credit courses and a qualifying presentation must be completed during an 18-month period;

VISA DOCUMENTATION

 

Visa application:

 

A student visa is required for students wishing to study in the Graduate Program in Rehabilitation Sciences. The visa must be obtained at the Brazilian Consulate in the student’s country of origin.  Information on the documentation requested for the visa withdrawal can be verified with the consulate representatives.

Registration of Foreigners by the Federal Police  According to Article 30 of Law 6.815 / 80, all foreigners holding temporary visas must register with the Federal Police within 30 days of the foreigner’s arrival in the country, under penalty of fine and deportation.
