Multi-user laboratory belonging to the UNIFAL-MG Microscopy Center, CEMIC.
It has a state-of-the-art microscope, model NX10 from Park. The acquisition of this equipment is linked to the FINEP project (Proc. 0179/12).
The equipment is capable of performing surface topography measurements in contact, non-contact and intermittent modes.
