• Immobilization of microbial fructosyltransferases for fructooligosaccharides production (Project certified by the Institute of Technological Research of the São Paulo State) – Coordinator;
• Enzyme production of fructosyltransferase aimed to obtain fructooligosaccharides (FAPEMIG – Universal Demand/Process APQ-02131-14) – Coordinator.
