The graduate program in Materials Science and Engineering (PPG-CEM) offers an academic master’s course. It was recommended by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) with grade 3 in the second semester of 2010, having its activities started in the second semester of 2011. It offers the concentration area “Development, characterization, and application of materials”, and four research lines.
