The coordinators of the Graduate Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences inform that the enrollment for candidates selected for the Doctoral course, in the PUBLIC NOTICE No. 25/2022 COPG/PRPPG and PUBLIC NOTICE No. 38/2022 COPG/PRPPG, will take place according to the instructions below:

1st Step: In order to start enrolling, the candidate, after being summoned by email, must send the forms below to the PPGCF email address: ppgcf@unifal-mg.edu.br in PDF format, completed and signed, on the following dates:

• Proof of proficiency in English language obtained in accordance with the attachment to the selection notice; 
• Course Enrollment Form;
• Acceptance letter from the supervisor;
• Doctoral Study Plan;
• Entry information;
• Interest the scholarship;

2nd Step: The candidate, after receiving the email from the PPGCF coordination confirming receipt of the above forms, must attach the personal documents listed below, in PDF format, in the registration system, at the link below, in the following dates:

  • Graduation history;        
  •  Graduation Diploma front and back;         
  • Double-sided Master’s Diploma or Certificate of Completion;         
  • Master’s History;        
  •  Identity Document (RG), CNH qualification documentation is NOT accepted;         
  • Birth or Marriage Certificate;         
  • Proof of being up to date with military obligations, in the case of a male candidate;
