Past activities
These were study groups in spaces on a community platform for discussions on beer-related topics, aiming to deepen the discussion and improve production.
Each topic was developed based on the reading of articles, indicated by the moderators and participants of the group.
Among the topics discussed, we had:
- Sanitizers in beer production
- Impact of physical-chemical variables of water on beer production
- Yeast metabolism in beer maturation
- Production errors – evaluating possible causes and ways of correcting them
